Palestinian mothers sit waiting in the corridor of a maternity clinic in the West Bank town of Hebron to inoculate their babies in September 2006. This clinic which normally treats some 1300 babies a month, opened for only two hours, and has been closed the past month due to a general strike by Palestinian civil servants.
