Housekeeping

I have been tidying up the blog and made the following improvements:

1. I have added Richard Silverstein's Tikun Olam to the sidebar list of Blogs I Read. Richard is the author of the Palestinian Peace Directory which I referenced in an earlier post, and which by itself is well worth bookmarking.

The Blogs I Read section is very out of date and disorganised. I will probably take a leaf out of Richard's book and create separate sidebar listings for peace blogs and general news blogs, but I still need to give it some thought and will leave it to my next housekeeping session.

2. Due to popular demand (one person mentioned it) I have added some biographical information about Lawrence of Cyberia to the site. Access it here, or through the "About Me" link on the sidebar at left.

3. Due to even greater public demand (2 people!) I have enabled the Comments feature. I am not much of a commenter myself, but you are very welcome to leave your thoughts, observations, criticisms and fulsome praises for posterity.

4. I have updated the Saeb Erekat bio in the Palestinian Biographies section (see sidebar). This was not due to popular demand, but to the fact that the PA Cabinet keeps being reshuffled, making my existing information obsolete.

5. My Half A Democracy slideshow is now online, and can be accessed here. There is also a sidebar link at left, under Resources By Me!
